Arrived today, the box was not damaged at all this is not a shipping error this is a product that was either sent damaged or was damaged in transport due to one nail in each upper step and it fell apart. I have a video as well of how poor the quality is and for over $300 dollars it's shocking, I was expecting a very nice, sturdy, heavy set of stairs that would be incredibly durable. This is a more than disappointing and I expect to return this as I will not pay this kind of money for a poorly constructed product. The entire top step fell off and the sides are damaged making the item not useable. I am extremely upset and disappointed as I need stairs and waited for what I thought would be a great product considering the price.

I have a 10 & 25 pound dog(s) and they were needing something sturdy to gain access to our tall bed and most importantly a safer way to jump down to the floor as sadly they are getting older. Although these weren’t the cheapest option on the market, it’s a prime example of “you get what you pay for”. Very well made, sturdy, 37 lbs, carpeted and impressive to the eye, match our bedroom furniture pleasantly. These are no doubt heavy duty and could accommodate a 60-80 pound animal with no problems. We understood that they were going to add to the footprint of our bedroom but we wanted something that would benefit the safety of our companions. These aren’t plastic, no sponge material or thin wooden knockoffs. Our bedroom is carpeted and these steps have never moved nor do I believe they could fall over with the exception of lack of common sense. Exactly what we were looking for and after using them for a couple of months we love them. Shipping was UPS and they were very well packed.
