Never order vaccines here again

Showed up in brown cardboard box with brown paper wrapping. HOT. vaccine destroyer. Ok I realize anyone can make a mistake HOWEVER with someone at chewy having this

Showed up in brown cardboard box with brown paper wrapping. HOT. vaccine destroyer. Ok I realize anyone can make a mistake HOWEVER with someone at chewy having this little knowledge or care or attention to detail (assuming the vaccine came out of refrigerated unit prior to shipment) how do I know anything they send me was properly cared for between when Vaccine left Merck and the time chewy had it in stock until shipped to me. Do I need to run titers every time I vaccinate my 8 horses? Yes Chewy replaced when I complained. Nice however what if I was a new horse owners and didn't know they were supposed to be kept cold. How do I know they have been kept at the correct temp since leaving Merck? Not like someone else is paying my vet to come out to run titers and make sure the vaccine was effective.

Easy to give

I've given my own vaccines ever since moving to Texas 9 years ago next week. The initial vet exam duplicated several vaccines my fellow had already received before

I've given my own vaccines ever since moving to Texas 9 years ago next week. The initial vet exam duplicated several vaccines my fellow had already received before we left California, redid anesthesia for redoing dental issues he felt he had missed first floating, gave additional rabies and my poor fellow could barely walk for over 3-4 weeks. Been doing myself since then in 2016. Much safer, and a MUCH happier result with my baby. God bless.
