Bowls crack

The bowls on these cages don’t last and the company doesn’t reply when you reach out. The bowls are cracking and haven’t been dropped or exposed to any temperature

The bowls on these cages don’t last and the company doesn’t reply when you reach out. The bowls are cracking and haven’t been dropped or exposed to any temperature extremes. They get washed with dawn in luke warm water. Parrotlets aren’t damaging these bowls either.
