Not enough room at all, poor design

I have 5 chickens. There is ample room in the interior of the coop. 6 nesting boxes, 3 perches. Assembly was pretty easy with 2 adults. Problems: The nesting boxes have a very small lip on the front which allows the nesting material to be scratched out in about 5 minutes. There is NEVER any straw or hay left in them, leading to the chickens laying on bare wood and the eggs freeze, or laying in the tray and getting covered with poop. The exterior has zero room for both a waterer and feeder. I have them at the front of the ramp near the door, but this means the chiclens only have access to 1/2 of both, leading to competition. Access to nesting boxes on either side means you only have the option of one orientation for placement, else you cannot access one side, which is of course where they will lay their eggs based on Murphy's Law. It's unfortunate because once you discover these issues, there is no way to return the item. It's an expensive lesson to learn.

Incomplete Coop

Ordered this coop and only received 1 box #2 of 2. After talking with chewy customer service I returned the half coop via mail and a new order for the coop was sent

Ordered this coop and only received 1 box #2 of 2. After talking with chewy customer service I returned the half coop via mail and a new order for the coop was sent out to me and the next week when I received that yet again I only received 1 box #1 of 2 that time . Since I had already had to send back box #2 of 2 to be able to get a new coop shipped out I'm yet again left with only half a coop. Chewy customer service was able to get me a refund but definitely don't recommend this brand of coop if they can't send you the whole coop.
