Pratt and good price.

I wanted to love this item so much. I have purchased this same brand so many times before and never been disappointed. Let me first say you need at least 2 people

I wanted to love this item so much. I have purchased this same brand so many times before and never been disappointed. Let me first say you need at least 2 people to put this item together. There is no way one person can assemble in their own. The first time I received the product it shipped super fast but the item was damaged. Some pieces were sharp and bent and unusable. They were unusable because every piece builds on the other piece and holes were not drilled in the right place (not even close) on top of being sharp and bent. As a bird owner you know you can’t have sharp pieces on the interior of the cage. I took my chances and ordered the product again with the help of customer service hoping the next time it would be different. Same experience. There were bit sharp pieces and holes still not drilled in the right place for construction between the two sets of of bird cages. I was able to build complete birdhouse that turned out pretty nice, but there was scratches to the paint and finish and also now I’m stuck with extra pieces that I was not planning on storing.It’s really a quite large of a house and takes up substantial room. I’m glad chewy has the customer service that they have so they were able to make the situation better, but I’m still pretty disappointed and wish the product had a little more quality attached to it.

Would have been 5 stars but my cage appeared to be rushed & has spots where paint is missing, chipped & it some areas appear to look scraped. The packing did NOT

Would have been 5 stars but my cage appeared to be rushed & has spots where paint is missing, chipped & it some areas appear to look scraped. The packing did NOT come damaged which leads me to believe it came like that from the manufacturer. It’s an absolutely beautiful cage but if the price is going to be as expensive as it is then no mistakes should be made. It’s saddening because I had high hopes for this cage, only for there to be so many imperfections.. I still do highly recommend the product.

Entry doors

This is Obviously a large cage for large birds but the doors getting into the cage are very small and it would be very difficult to put a large parrot in this cage
