I have to treat this with a non-toxic sealant? What is that?

Untreated wood will decompose over time faster than treated wood. Since rabbits have a natural urge to chew it's recommended to use a non-toxic sealant.

Can you buy replacement trays for these?

Will a litter box and bowls fit in here and still have plenty of room for the rabbit to run around?

The Large is suitable to fit a small litter box and bowls. The interior panels can also be removed for a roomier living space.

Does this have a bottom grate and tray that pulls out to be cleaned?

This product has a bottom debris tray which can be removed separately from the bottom floor grille.

Damaged

This hutch was either used and returned, then was delivered to us, or damaged during delivery. It was also delivered to the wrong address so we had to go get it

This hutch was either used and returned, then was delivered to us, or damaged during delivery. It was also delivered to the wrong address so we had to go get it from our neighbors which was annoying. Almost all the wood pieces had chunks out of it, and the wire bottom was so bent it wouldn't stay in place. It arrived in very rough shape.

New home for our pet

Don’t waste your money!

If I could give these zero stars, it would be kind! The roof is the best part! The wood that these are made of, is like a thin balsa. The nails are like staples

If I could give these zero stars, it would be kind! The roof is the best part! The wood that these are made of, is like a thin balsa. The nails are like staples and the liter tray is similar to a tray meat comes on! All aspects of this hutch are cheap, ineffectual, and unsafe! The very first time I cleaned them, (I have 2) each rabbit fell thru the bottom wire as soon as the pan was removed. The wooden inside section is impossible to clean and of course, where the buns go! Save yourself a ton of aggravation and your money and definitely go with something else!! In less than 2 weeks, these went into the fire pit, though I did keep the roof to cover the wire cages I replaced them with!!

Good sized rabbit hutch

The large size hutch is a good size for our one rabbit. She likes it. It's way easy to put together with two people just like the directions suggest. One section

The large size hutch is a good size for our one rabbit. She likes it. It's way easy to put together with two people just like the directions suggest. One section on the front piece was split and broken, but we made it work with wood glue and you can't even tell. The holes were not pre-drilled for the sides to screw together, so we drilled our own holes to prevent splitting of the wood. The latch does not reach the hook to the roof, but when I get around to it, I will move it so it can latch. Overall, its a nice hutch once together and I hope it lasts.

Not what I was expecting

Much like my ex, this hutch is terrible but looks nice. It’s the perfect size for our Dutch rabbit, but I’m pretty sure a strong wind will blow it over!! It wobbles,

Much like my ex, this hutch is terrible but looks nice. It’s the perfect size for our Dutch rabbit, but I’m pretty sure a strong wind will blow it over!! It wobbles, it creeks, and we had broken parts when it arrived. I’m going to use it until I can find something better but I would definitely look at other products!! I have it 2 stars for the size and east assembly.
