Poor follow up

I originally made an error when I ordered this and sent it to my old address. Immediately when I realized this, I contacted Chewy and spoke to them multiple times

I originally made an error when I ordered this and sent it to my old address. Immediately when I realized this, I contacted Chewy and spoke to them multiple times via chat and over the phone. Each rep told me they could fix it with Fed Ex and it would be no problem to change the address. They also promised to keep an eye on it and email me with any status change. I never received an email but I did get confirmation from FedEx that it was delivered to the wrong address, which the reps at Chewy assured me would not happen. Long story short, yes.. I made the original mistake to send it to an old address; however, more than 3 Chewy reps assured me they could fix it but completely dropped the ball. I am very disappointed with how Chewy handled this

I have owned parrots for almost 25 years. My African Grey needed a new cage after having her original cage for 2 decades. Bought this one and have had it for almost 3 years. The biggest complaint which is also a safety issue are the wheels. They fall off very easily when moving the cage! Once one falls off, it's very difficult to lift to put it back on due to the weight of the cage. Tonight one of the wheels fell off again, and one of the corners of the cage is currently propped on a box until I can fix it. The cage will tilt and collapse without it. Absolutely the worst wheel design for a cage I've ever experienced. Had I known this would've happened, I would've bought a cage from one of the other manufacturers.

Disappointed

I thought when I ordered a cage that says it was 30 x 38 that I was getting a cage that was bigger, the cage I received was 22 x 30 it is a nice cage but way smaller

I thought when I ordered a cage that says it was 30 x 38 that I was getting a cage that was bigger, the cage I received was 22 x 30 it is a nice cage but way smaller than I expected. A few of the bars were bent but were easy enough to fix not sure yet if I'm happy with this size cage, my bird is use to being in a larger cage

Quality Cage for Price

OMGosh! This is a beautifully made cage. It shipped & arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. Assembly was very easy. My Goffin Cockatoo immediately loved it

OMGosh! This is a beautifully made cage. It shipped & arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. Assembly was very easy. My Goffin Cockatoo immediately loved it. It's so easy to wipe clean too. Just to verify for everyone, the INSIDE of this cage measures 30" wide, 22" deep, 35" high. The overall measurements listed in the online description include the seed guard, the stand and the play top. The bars are very sturdy and solid. It's a perfect size for small to medium size birds up to African Greys, small Cockatoos (it's too small for umbrellas or larger) and would be great for several cockatiels sharing the cage. Prevue Hendrix is a high quality cage company and Chewy has awesome mail order service. Appreciate you all.
