This cage measures 14 1/8 inches long by 11 1/4 inches wide by 18 inches tall.

Is this sturdy enough to be used as a travel cage?

While this may not be intended for travel use, it is possible to use it for this purpose for short trips. However, it would not be quite as sturdy as their travel cages that either contain door locks, or side clips to keep the cage mesh more secure.

Standard Tiny Cage

This is a standard tiny cage that works in our situation. Definitely adequate if one takes the time to bend all the wire "loops" tightly so the cage stays together

This is a standard tiny cage that works in our situation. Definitely adequate if one takes the time to bend all the wire "loops" tightly so the cage stays together. The feeding dish setup is a little strange because our budgie has to bend low to get her head through the opening. Still, we are satisfied with the product.
