Arrived defective

I work at a specialty parrot shop, and this is NOT large enough to be a long-term cage for ANY bird. However, it is the perfect size to be a sleep cage for my moustache

I work at a specialty parrot shop, and this is NOT large enough to be a long-term cage for ANY bird. However, it is the perfect size to be a sleep cage for my moustache parrot. I love the large swinging door. Unfortunately, it arrived with the small sliding door on the front door wrapped around a side, so the large door won't close. I contacted Prevue per the notes inside. It took nearly a week for them to just put the part in the mail. I wish I'd asked Chewy for help instead. By the time the replacement arrives, it will have been nearly three weeks since I placed my original order for the cage. Be aware that the spring-loaded food doors are potentially dangerous due to the way the spring wire ends stick out.
