What kind of metal is this cage made out of? Is it powder coated?

The manufacturer has stated the following: "We do not use zinc, lead, or other heavy metals in the production of our cages. Our cages are 100% non toxic and pet safe. Paint chipping can be harmful to birds when the cages are made with lead or zinc, however, our cages are not. There are no heavy metals used that would cause any harm. When there are chips in the paint of the cage, we do typically recommend touching up the cage with pet-safe touch-up paint. Similar to ingesting the non-toxic paint on the cage, we would also not recommend ingesting metal pieces of the cage."
