What are the interior dimensions of this cage (minus the seed guards)?

This bird cage measures 34 1/2 inches long x 22 3/4 inches wide without the seed guards. It measures 43 5/8 inches long x 32 inches wide with seed guards.

Are there bars across the top of the cage under the drawer to hang things from?

The rooftop does have bars, allowing you to hang toys and other items.

Am I able to order a second perch?

At this time, additional perches can be found through the manufacturer's website.

Can the cage be assembled with the cups on either side? On the smaller version cups are shown on both the left and right sides.

The left or right panel are interchangeable and can be assembled on either side.

The size of the cage for the price is awesome.

The cage arrived timely, was packaged fairly well and contained no defects. All parts and instructions were included. I do however, suggest a second person to hold
