The string is not as dark as the picture shows. You can't see the contrast between the colors. I've seen better colored pictures before of this item in person

Really happy with this wall hanging. We have a small, mostly black pup with similar shape. This is perfect for us. 4 stars because some of the lettering isn't clear,

Really happy with this wall hanging. We have a small, mostly black pup with similar shape. This is perfect for us. 4 stars because some of the lettering isn't clear, but that I can touch up with a fine point Sharpie. It's due to the rustic wood and isn't an issue. Easy to fix, and I am sure some would be happy just the way it is.
