Prism Desktop Aquarium, 2-gal, Blue

Glass is listed as one of the materials in the aquarium. As far as I can tell there is no glass anywhere in or on the aquarium, it is entirely plastic and not particularly thick or high quality plastic. However, at such a small size of aquarium, a thinner acrylic is less of an issue than it would be otherwise. The tank fits right on my little side table and the flow is appropriate for a tank with shrimp, which are just about the only thing you could put in a tank this size. Overall I’m satisfied but time will tell how the filter lasts and if the light is bright enough for the plants I’ll be putting in. I may have to put a piece of mesh over the filter intake to protect my shrimp. For the price I would suggest trying to find a tank that is actually glass.
