I have been a professional pet groomer for 25 years now and this quick dry spray does exactly what its supposed to do, and that is to help the pet dry faster when getting blow dried. You have to towell dry the dog or cat after bath very well, then spray enouph of the product all over to cover the fur. Then rub it in and wait a couple mins for before blow drying. Obviously the person that left a negative review has no idea how to use this product or did not put enough on the pet.
