To get the most accurate size anxiety vest for your pet, measure the girth of their chest, around the widest part of your dog's torso right behind the front legs, with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. If your dog is in between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.

Got a stress vest for my dog that has a fairly large chest cavity, ordered it in 2xl and wouldn't even fit my medium size dog and had NOOOO stretch to it, really didn't even come close to fitting, the sizing is not accurate.
WAY TOO BIG I TTHINK THEY TRY TO GET RID OF ALL THE XXXX-S XXXX-L
This "XXL" wouldn't even get past my shepherds head. She's 115 lbs, but with that a 2XL should've fit based on the measurements given.
My dog is 75 pounds and a 3XL IS slightly to small
I ordered a 2XL for a 70# pit and it did not fit around her!! I measured her and followed the chart but it was way too small. Order at least 2 sizes bigger what the chart recommends.
The hook-loop fastening on the shirt was stuck together for shipping, which makes sense - but when I tried to unfasten it to test the fit of the shirt on my dog, the fastening was so strong and/or the stitching was so poor that the hook side fastening simply ripped away from the fabric. Unlike the more popular shirts on the market (which you drape over the back of the dog and then fasten around neck and abdomen) this one requires the human to place the neck opening of the shirt around the neck of the anxious dog and then thread one of the anxious dog's legs through another opening, which is similarly sized and would be easy to confuse in a high stress situation. Why make calming a frightened animal harder than it needs to be? I have contacted Chewy to request return instructions. NOTE: I tried to upload a photo to show the cheaply stitched hook fastener, but the "Add Photo" button on the review widget does not work.
Ordered a large vest for my pitbull, and it didn't even fit my weiner dog!! Waste of money
Expected better material for the price. Would not buy again. Size not good for Doberman’s. Tight on chest but too long
The vest fits like a glove size medium for a 13lb chihuahua/terrier mix. He does try to take it off by rubbing against the couch though.
Ordered a large for our smaller black lab; but it looked like it would fit a 10 lb dog.
