What happens if the dog licks the cream off his skin?

After application, it is recommended to deter the pet from licking the area, at least until the cream has been absorbed.

will this moisturize my dogs skin because she has dry skin and we've tried everything. she doesnt like the spray. plus she doesn't like strong fragrances either.

This cream is recommended for immediate relief for problem and irritated skin. Particularly useful on dogs who resist spray applications. Please keep in mind this cream does contain fragrance.

This cream seems to be helping with my dog's sores that itch. They are in some places that he can lick, so I put it on before he goes to sleep for the night.
