Heavy duty but hard to

The thickness of this cord protector is great. However, it's packaged coiled up in tight loop. The first half of the tubing on the outer portion is easy to use

The thickness of this cord protector is great. However, it's packaged coiled up in tight loop. The first half of the tubing on the outer portion is easy to use. The further you get into the inner part of the coiled section, the less the tubing wants to uncoil because it's been sitting in the box so long it has molded into the coiled shape (and even permanently kinked in some parts). The protection tubing is generally heavier in weight than the electrical cable being inserted, so good luck in having your electrical cables run in a straight line. Trying to unfold the tubing causes the insertion slit to open, which then allows the electrical cable to pop out of the tubing. But then the tubing reverts back to the loop shape. There are no instructions on how to unfurl the tubing to make it straight. You can't heat it in a microwave or regular oven to soften it because it's rubber and it'll melt. If you can't make it straighten out you've ended up with half the tubing being unusable. Wish I could give half a star so it was 2 and 1/2 stars for the protection quality but -2 and a 1/2 for the wasted product and money.

Tough Stuff

Very thick. Tried to cut it with kitchen scissors and broke the scissors. Should have used the box cutter they included. ;-)

It's waterproof!

I like this and it really waterproof. I wish it was a bit wider as I cannot tuck it in the back of the couch, so it slides. I have a Puggle and she is a jumper.
