Pupford Diced Chicken Breast Limited Ingredient Freeze-Dried Dog Treats are formulated specifically for dogs and have not been tested for cats.

1) Since the diced chicken is raw, do they need to be cooked before giving to my dog? 2) Also, can they be rehydrated w/o losing their shape & flavor?

1.) These treats are freeze-dried and do not require cooking prior to servings. 2.) The flavor will not be lost of rehydrated, but they will become soft and lose their shape.

Always welcome limited ingredient treats

Always looking for the best of the best treats for my pups. I had ordered 2 bags of these & one of the bags arrived in crumbs and the other was fine. Reached out

Always looking for the best of the best treats for my pups. I had ordered 2 bags of these & one of the bags arrived in crumbs and the other was fine. Reached out to chewy C.S. which they were nice to offer a replacement but it also arrived in crumbs as well again. I was told if it happens again, to let them know for another replacement but I concluded that the 2nd replacement attempt will definitely arrive in crumbs as well. So I decided to just accept the inevitable. Will just use it as a topper instead of as of training treat. It’s unfortunate but I prefer not to end up with bags of replacement chicken breast crumbs. Other than that, these seem like a good healthy treat. Just need to know they are delicate and will arrived in crumbs.

Disappointed in condition

Flavor was AWESOME - dogs loved it - but 'diced' it was not. Probably half of the bag was in crumbs, dust and slivers so it was a waste of money for me in that

Flavor was AWESOME - dogs loved it - but 'diced' it was not. Probably half of the bag was in crumbs, dust and slivers so it was a waste of money for me in that sense. It resembled when you finish a bag of food there's always a bunch of crumbs on the bottom - this is what it reminded me of. Disappointed because the few diced pieces they loved and devoured. I won't buy again because it's too expensive to get a bag that's basically all crumbs. If you don't mind that, then definitely buy as the dogs really did love the taste.

Bought these to try to get my very mature dog to eat more of her food. I just put a small amount of the chricken in with her wet food and she eats much more of her food then she does without this added. My two other dogs love them just as a snack. In my opinion you can’t go wrong buying these.
