I checked the size chart before ordering, and her chest size should have fit in a medium harness, but it is to tight on her. I wonder if it was sized wrong. I'm planning to donate it to the local shelter where I'm sure they will find an animal that can fit it.

My little girl is mostly "Russell" so she has that "fat" neck thing going on. It's a little snug on her but will do for short times until I can have it altered.

This was my first Chewy purchase, and I was impressed how fast it arrived. My dog is a 13 pound bichon frise, with a chest measurement of 17 inches, and the size medium was a perfect fit.

I used the sizing chart and did measure my dogs but the items I received were not even close to fitting my dogs. I ordered the Large and the items received are
