does not conform, too stiff, keeps a crease in both sides of neck--
briton do harness is not sewn to relax and fit the dogs neck--this has nothing to do with size...harness fabric just does not relax and stands out on sides of neck.

This harness is made well and fits perfectly. Love the design too.
