Can this be used for cats?

This harness is designed for dogs however, if sized and adjusted properly, it may be used for a cat.
Can my pup wear this at all times? Or just when on a walk

We recommend removing collars, harnesses and leashes when your dog is home. This is both more comfortable for your dog and a safer way to leave them unattended.
