Are the straps adjustable so it can be loosened or tightened as a long haired dog's hair length changes?

The vest harness has some room for adjustment but the surface of the hook-n-loop fastener needs to cover at least 80% in order to be secure.

This coat is made in Vietnam.

Did the Mountaineer iI coat/vest come with the harness or does the harness have to be ordered separately?

This harness doubles as a fleece vest as the harness is part of the vest.

A handsome little fellow

As mentioned in previous reviews, one must watch the sizing. Winston is a 12.5 lb Pom and is wearing an XL. It fits him perfectly and makes him look quite dapper

I love this, I think it looks super warm, and Rory does not seem to mind it. It is so convenient that they are both harness and jacket!!

Runs extremely small

Love the color and the material. Waterproof outside, and super soft fleece inside. My dog is a 30lb aussiedoodle, and I got an XL because I read reviews saying sizes

Although Mikey's girth measured 18inches, and this description said 18.9, it was too small for him. I've ordered the extra large, and hope this will do.
