Sizing seems to be on the small size.

Loved the item, but the sizing was on the small side. Chloe is only 10 lbs, but the chart says she needed the medium size according to the measurements given on the chart. I measured her correctly, but it seemed very tight on her body. I put it on her and she just stands there.

Neck way too large
