My vet said to only feed sterilized raw hides are these sterilized?

Liquid Poop For A Week!

My large 100lb dog got VERY sick very soon after eating one of these. He pooped liquid for a week! I know these can harbor harmful bacteria and I guess I didn't realize this could happen. He has had rawhides before. This was a different experience.
