It's recommended to use up to 12 ounces per gallon of water and soap into carpet cleaning machines.
Does this work on cat urine on carpeting, and how is it applied since it has to penetrate?

You can use on this beds, carpets, furniture, kennels and cages, and even in the washing machine, to mop floors, as a fogger or to remove stains. Use "stream" setting or syringe to penetrate deep into crevices, carpets, and form padding.
