100 lbs + 3.5 cups + 1/4 cup per 10 lbs of body weight Each dog is different, so optimal feeding amounts vary with age, size, activity level, breed or environment. Puppies/Pregnant/Nursing Mothers may require up 2-3 times more food than an Adult. Divide total recommended feeding amount per day into number of times you feed your dog. If loose stools occur, first try to reduce quantity fed to dog and/or avoid feeding other foods until stool becomes firm.
When transitioning to Pureluxe Elite Nutrition do so over a period of 5-7 days, mixing an increasing amount of new food with old food each day: Start with 75% old food mixed with 25% new food for approximately three days. Then mix 50% old with 50% and so on until Pureluxe is 100%. Try to avoid too many treats during this time frame.

Great food for my senior small dogs.
I have two dogs, a lhasa apso mix and a Yorkie, one is 12 and the other is 10. I fed them freshly cooked meat their whole lives and tried every kibble I could find

I fed them freshly cooked meat their whole lives and tried every kibble I could find to get them to eat but they have always ignored most of it, I keep tryin new brands to get them to eat that, but end up having to toss out alot of it eventually. I got a bag of tgis put it out and they both ate the whole bowl then ate it til the bag was gone. I was studying what was in it trying to figure oit after all these years why suddenly they devoured a bag of kibble without any hesitation. I can’t figure out what the magic is in this food but its probably just delicious to them. I ordered another bag right away and they continue to eat it! If you struggle with fussy dogs Id say give it a try. Im really pleased I did.

As much as I would love to feed this to my dogs the price of the food is just nit reasonable for a kibble. It has amazing ingredients and the dogs love it but I have a Xl breed and a medium breed and it would literally cost hundereds of dollars a week to feed them this food. If you have a tiny toy breed it would be perfect but not for big dogs. My cats even broke into the bag and loved it.

This food is high in protein and lists turkey as its number one ingredient.

The kibble is small, which is super-helpful, given the amount I use in training on a daily basis. I can go through a handful or two without worrying about the calories. And it's pocket friendly! What more could I want? (Well, grain free, quality ingredients, and a protein that isn't regularly in my tool chest are also pluses!

Started using this by mixing it with the kibble the 2 dogs have been eating (1 for years) (second for 10 months). There was no objection to the new flavor and slightly different texture. They've only had 3 meals of pure Pureluxe Elite but there were no GI upsets and the ingredient list is more than acceptable to me. Don't know if it's this new food or the time of year, but the older dog has considerably less shedding.

I tried this as I really liked the ingredients, the packaging, and the price wasn’t too bad. My dog seemed to really enjoy the turkey flavored kibble! Will be buying again!
