Is this alright for a two year small dog weighing 5 pound?

These treats can be fed to all size dog breeds. It is recommended to feed 1 treat for each 10 pounds of body weight, not to exceed 5 treats per day. These can be broken into small pieces for adult small/toy breed dogs.
