As my dogs get older, they tend to change their eating habits. Their favorite kibble suddenly isn’t as interesting as it has been. I wanted something I could use as a topper and this loaf works out perfectly. They absolutely went nuts for both flavors. The packaging is great and easy to get into. The can size is also just right for me to split it in half and give each half to each dog. I’m now using this food to administer medications since they gobble it down so easily. We already feed them Purina food, so it’s a brand we trust.

When i received the Purina Beneful Loaf Variety pack I gave them the beef one first. My Poms enjoyed it and it was easy for them to eat. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the tins the food came in was very thin & soft, and are easily dented. Several of the cans were dented and I'm a little apprehensive about using anything from a dented can. I feel sure it was probably just rough treatment in the shipping.

I really loved this dog food — my dogs seemed to enjoy it just as much as I did! The flavor and texture made it perfect for stuffing into enrichment toys, and it kept them happily engaged. It didn’t cause any digestive issues and felt like a high-quality treat. Because of my dogs’ size, it’s not the most cost-effective option for a full-time diet, but it worked wonderfully as a special addition. Overall, I’m very impressed and would definitely keep it around for fun and enrichment.

I got the 12-pack of Beneful canned food with chicken and beef flavors. My two small dogs LOVE it! We usually feed them dry food which they're happy with, but they really thought this was a treat. The loafs of food were solid and there wasn't too much liquid in the can. We cut it into smaller portions to add to their dry food and it didn't fall apart like some brands. We trust Purina to make quality food and this did not disappoint. We also shared with a couple of friends with both large and small dogs and all of these critters gave this food a "paws up". We will definitely be purchasing this again.

My 2 dogs seemed to love this product! Opened the first can and let them smell it and immediately they both started Jumping in place. I knew then that this was going to be a winner! They both ate faster than normal. Only gave this a 4 star rating only because my one dog had loose stools after eating but I know and should have only given a small amount first on top of her kibble so it was probably my fault and not the food.

Disappointment: the "with beef" food has beef only as the 5th ingredient. I know the cost of beef has gone way up, but let's be more honest here.
