I’ve been really impressed with this canned dog food. The first thing I noticed was the quality—real meat as the main ingredient, a pleasant smell (for dog food!), and a texture my dog absolutely loves. Even my picky eater cleans the bowl every time. I also appreciate that it’s easy to serve, mixes well with dry food, and comes in convenient portions. Overall, it feels like a wholesome, nutritious option that I can feel good about feeding my dog, and I would definitely recommend it to other pet owners looking for a reliable canned food.

Huge fan of this purina food, and so is my golden boy. Perfect size portion, doesn't smell bad at all, and if anything it's actually kind of nice scent. We love the steak flavor with green beans in gravy, it's easy to digest, soft for his sensitive mouth and doesn't cause any digestive issues unlike some other wet foods. No artificial colors, flavors, preservatives! That's so big for my pups health and sensitivities. Would highly recommend this food!

Janie, my 12-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, absolutely loved the taste of this food. The second I peeled back the lid, she was ready to dive in. It has a strong savory smell and a soft, gravy-rich texture that she couldn’t get enough of. She licked the bowl clean and looked up like she wanted more. That said, this isn’t something I feel comfortable feeding her as a regular meal. I try to keep her food simple and closer to homemade when I can, and this one includes ingredients like meat by-products, wheat gluten, and modified corn starch, which I prefer to avoid for everyday feeding. Janie has a sensitive stomach, and I try to stick with higher-quality proteins and fewer fillers in her routine. But I’ve found a perfect use for it as a treat and enrichment tool. I like to spread it on a Lickimat or mix a spoonful with plain yogurt and stuff it into her Kong. It’s just the right texture and smell to keep her busy and happy, especially when I need her to wind down or focus. It’s also a great way to sneak in some extra hydration thanks to the gravy. So while it’s not part of her daily meals, it’s become a fun and tasty option for her special treat time. I’ll keep a few trays on hand for when I want to switch things up or give her something exciting to work for.

I used the first two cans mainly for the little bit of gravy. My dog ate something she wasn't supposed to so I needed to get a lot of water in her. The gravy mixed with water made her want to drink the necessary amount of water - Now I'm just feeding it to her a little on top of hard kibble and Layla really seems to be loving that. I like the small cans as they offer flexibility in feeding just a little at a time along with her regular food.

Dog loves the taste. Overall it has a good nutritional balance and is high in protein. I think the can size is good for small & medium size dogs. For larger dogs you can mix it with some dry food. The food did not cause any intestinal issues but like all new food I started off in using a smaller amount and increased it to a full can over a week. As far as wet food goes I say this is a good choice for dogs
