This food does not source any ingredients from China. All of their ingredients are sourced within the United States.

Is any one of the fish mentioned in these products farm-raised? Please be specific. Thank you.

Fish included in Purina recipes are sourced from North America, Europe or South America. Purina utilizes both wild-caught and farmed fish. Seafood is a top priority in terms of sustainability because overfishing is such a serious issue. Purina works closely not only with their seafood suppliers, but also with external seafood sustainability experts, to ensure they source from responsible fisheries.

My vet wants me to use carrageenan-free wet food. Does this food have that ingredient?

The Trout & Catfish variety contains approximately 2.5% Carbohydrates on an as fed basis, the Ocean Whitefish & Spinach contains 1.8% Carbohydrates, the Wild Salmon contains 2.5% Carbohydrates and the Chicken & Sweet Potato contains approximately 2.5% Carbohydrates on an as fed basis.

This is quite literally the only canned food my cats will eat now. They would both prefer to starve than touch any other brand. And I do mean that, they turn their noses up and stomp off leaving anything else placed in front of them untouched. But when this ends up back in their bowls, it’s gone before you can put the can in the trash. Love having food they love this much. Please don’t discontinue it.

Incorrect Flavors

Bought 3 cases at once to stock up. Had seen other reviews that the flavors are inconsistently sent out. All three cases I received had replaced the trout recipe

Bought 3 cases at once to stock up. Had seen other reviews that the flavors are inconsistently sent out. All three cases I received had replaced the trout recipe with duck and sweet potato, plus added extra chicken and sweet potato where they were short on other fish recipes. So instead of having at least 3/4 of the case that my cat would eat, it's less than 50%. They need to correct this, it's getting worse and the packaging doesn't match the food provided (no info for the duck and sweet potato recipe anywhere on the box). This is not cheap food, and my cat is picky so I have limited options. @Chewy you should let this vendor know

It smells and looks great

I ordered the Purina Beyond because (I’m a full time petsitter) I smelled it at another cat’s house. Not bad. And there’s always just enough “juice” to please
