My beautiful chickens stay entertained while pecking & scratching for their snacks. It provides 8% crude protein along with barley and much more. The grains are freshly-ground in North America. You can also provide a small amount of Purina Scratch Grains to your turkeys, ducks & geese.

This is one of those treats that instantly gets chickens running the moment the bag comes out. The grain mix is clean and consistent, with visible cracked corn and whole grains that encourage natural scratching and foraging behavior. I love sprinkling it on the ground because it keeps them active and entertained, not just standing at a feeder. The 5-lb bag size is perfect — easy to carry, easy to store, and great for backyard flocks without taking up a ton of space. It’s clearly labeled as a treat (not a complete feed), which I appreciate, and it works perfectly as a supplement alongside their regular diet. I’ve also noticed very little waste, since the grains are easy for the birds to peck up. Overall, this is a fun, high-quality scratch grain that adds enrichment to my chickens’ routine and keeps them happy and busy. I’ll definitely keep this as a regular treat in our coop rotation.
