Poor Quality

Bought this to have peace of mind when I have my dogs on my 70 acre property so I could know where they are and monitor them. As soon as they strayed away from the WIFI zone at the house it stopped tracking them and I had to keep the app running on my phone the entire time. Plastic piece that holds the clasp to attach to the collar broke after a month, and the rubber that had the name and address on it started peeling off. Very disappointed, I would not recommend.

Stopped working

I was really excited for this but it stopped properly tracking my dog within a couple of weeks of purchase. Within a month or so, it fully stopped tracking and spent over a week showing "searching" without finding the tag, even with my dog in the same room as me. Luckily, I had set up reimbursement protection through Tile (which costs extra) and they were able to process my refund request quickly. I may replace the broken one and try again because I love the idea of this product.

Don't waste your money

Stopped working within a month of purchase. In the tile app it says the tag is "out of range" even when I am sitting right next to my dog- yes my bluetooth is on.

stylish but not durable

My dog chewed the Bluetooth name tag and was able to get it off his collar it’s nice it can track your dog if it gets lost but if the dog can chew it if he gets lost what’s it worth. It’s very pretty though just wish it was chew resistant and more durable. Not worth it. Can’t even use it.
