Sounds different then other tags.

My pup is still not sure of the sounds of his new tag, but when I did not receive my tag the first time, customer service was great in helping me submit for a replacement

My pup is still not sure of the sounds of his new tag, but when I did not receive my tag the first time, customer service was great in helping me submit for a replacement tag which arrived shortly after I reached out in a reasonable amount of time. I'm hoping he can grow to love it as much as I do, huge harry potter fan and this just fit our tiny family perfectly.

The front of the tag is great, but the engraving on the back is too small. I had to purchase an additional tag for my pet's name and info. I was afraid that if he were to be lost, the writing on the Harry Potter tag would be too small for someone to see unless they took the collar off.
