The customized lettering does not last at all. I've had it for only for one month! The dogs name, address and phone number is completely faded out.

Not much longer than a year, and already the picture is wearing off and the edges seem warped, and it's been carefully treated. It doesn't even bump against any other tags (which are in his harness not touching the collar). I'm very disappointed that this tag isn't holding up well since I doubt I'll be able to find anything as cute to replace it.
