Adult Dogs: Adult dogs with normal activity may be fed the recommended amount in 2 meals daily. Depending on your dog’s age and activity, serving sizes may vary slightly from the recommended daily feeding guide portions.
Weaning Puppies: Start puppies on Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe as soon as they begin to chew on solid food, usually 3 - 4 weeks of age. Allow them to eat as much as they want until fully weaned (6 - 8 weeks of age).
Growing Puppies: Feed 2 - 3 times the amount recommended for the corresponding Adult weight, in 3 meals per day until 6 months of age, then twice daily until 12 months. If desired, Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe can be fed moistened. To feed moistened, mix 1 cup of water to 2 of Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe.
For pregnant females, feed daily 1.5 times the amount shown for their non - pregnant weight.
For lactating females, feed daily up to 3 times the amount shown for their non - pregnant weight.
Slowly mix Nutrish® with his other food over a 5 - 10 day period until your dog is solely eating Rachael Ray™ Nutrish®. Once your dog is only eating Nutrish, keep in mind that feeding guidelines on the bag are a guide. Your dog's individual needs will vary based upon his size, his activity level and even his age. And overfeeding is a common source of digestive upset. Be sure to check your dog's weight and adjust feeding levels to maintain a healthy weight. And, don't forget to see your vet regularly.

Was great, but....

Our German Shepard has been on this food for a year or so, but the last shipment had her turning her nose up. The food she managed to eat went straight through her and gave her amazing foul smelling runs. This bag is extremely greasy and literally stinks. Something changed somewhere or, as others have mentioned, the food has gone off or gone rancid. Took her off this food and after a couple of days she is back to normal. No more Rachael Ray food for this one. Got some quality control issues for sure!

My sensitive skin and stomach pitbull was slowing down or straight up not eating food when I had two other types that worked for her previously. A friend had this Rachel ray chicken food and my dog ate it up! I got her this and she loves it and has had no skin or digestive issues. Very happy with it.

This is a well balanced dog food to add to a good blend of can wet food. I trust Rachael Ray Nutrish dog food as being what it said it is. I mix this with can dog food for a well rounded dog food for my older dog.

I know dog food is not healthy most of the time, but this product is too greasy. Flavor wise is hard for my dog to eat it, I don't think she likes it very much. She eat it because is the only thing she has, but she doesn't eat it as other foods. I'm going to switch to other brand once she finish this bag.

We were switching from a food she was not enthusiastic about. Just picked this out on Chewy based on Rachael Ray’s reputation and the ingredients. When I opened the bag I was bummed for a minute because it just looks like crunchy brown balls, but - it didn’t smell gross (some dry dog food does, to me)- and I decided Jessa’s opinion was the most important. Jessa is really enthusiastic about this food and she’s doing great on it, about 2 weeks in. This is a total success at our house- even our cat is interested! (She can’t get it so no need for alarm, but she’s definitely intrigued!) This is our new regular kibble, since Jessa’s 100% on board. Worth the price absolutely.
