Rachael Ray Wins Again

Our husky, Christmas absolutely loves anything Rachael Ray makes, and this is no different. She likes all 3 flavors, chicken, beef and turkey. Talk about excited to get her bone, she can't wait. She gets 1/2 of 1 a day after dinner. She doesn't tire of Rachael Ray she enjoys it everyday. She reacts like a dog doing a commercial. She should do one, she is a total fan.

Tasty treat

My small dog loves them. As good as they seem to be and also nutritious, I doubt I will buy them again. They are a bit too much for him and near the end, there is a tendency for the dog to gulp the last bit which could present a problem. It does mention they are not for small dogs so a larger dog would be great.

Not Long Lasting

My dog was done with this in about a minute, so not long lasting. If you are purchasing because its long lasting, skip. But if you just want a treat for your dog, then it can be worth it.

Great for chewers

After losing 2 senior Golden Retrievers mid year last year, I rescued a 22 month old Golden early December who is an ardent chewer. I purchased a few packages of the chicken and beef. She definitely prefers the chicken flavor; obviously, she is not a beef flavor fan. I've not timed to the minute, however, it seems to last her about 15 minutes. She really loves them. The beef flavor bags are being kept in zip lock bags, in an air tight storage tote: will see if her taste buds change as she gets older, otherwise I'll donate them to the golden retriever rescue group.

Very thick/dense

These are very large and thick. One soup bone is too large for my boxers, so I split it in half for them to share. Very hard to break in half. Much too large for my terrier to eat. Might be difficult for an older dog to eat, as they aren't very soft.

Great treat!

Although these only last my dog about 20 mins, he absolutely loves them. I feel the price is pretty decent for the amount in a bag. Bones are a decent size for holding and chewing.

Indigestible

My dog got very sick after eating these. They do not break down in the stomach well so if your dog doesn't chew tiny pieces they will vomit or need medical intervention. Stay away.

Trains me as a pet parent

My Charlie Brown, 4 y-o Lab/German Shepard/Greyhound, loves these so very much. It helps me to even bribe him into a bath. I love that these treats help train me to earn his trust for a dreaded activity to end up with his soup bone!

Soup Bones

Not a fan of these for small dogs. My new adopted chahuahua/daschsund mix is very food responsive and she wolfed down an entire bone in about a minute. I had cut up a previous bone into several "coins" which she also snarfed down quickly, but I had hoped the whole bond would keep her busy for at least an hour...not so! Based on the directions on the back of the packages, I'm hesitant to give her any more of them without cutting them into slices. Do you have any suggestions? Could I return the unopened bag for another type of cookie treats? I would suggest having more information on the order site to give customers more guidance .

A high-value treat for our JRT

Our picky girl continues to love these treats. We slice up a "bone" in different thicknesses and store them in an airtight container for long-lasting rewards.
