They are a great chewing experience, neither too hard nor too soft. They hold up to some tough chewing without breaking off into little pieces. THey also smell pretty good.

This is a pretty decent chew stick. I have a two and a half year-old male rat terrier who weighs about 21 pounds and loves his chew sticks. When I received them, I opened the bag and handed one to him, and he did the sniff test in which it passed. He chewed on it for a good while and then finished it the next day. He certainly enjoyed it, and I consider these a winner.

They last long enough to keep them occupied and are the perfect size.not too big, so I don’t end up with those gross, half-chewed pieces lying around the floor. They also don’t have a strong smell and seem gentle on their stomachs. Definitely a great treat to keep on hand!
