Two bags were delivered with an expiration date of almost a year ago. Customer service was wonderful and they sent out 2 more bags. However, those also had the same

Two bags were delivered with an expiration date of almost a year ago. Customer service was wonderful and they sent out 2 more bags. However, those also had the same expiration date as the first batch. Customer service is not aligned with warehouse. CHEWY must be lacking management in warehouse because under no circumstances should CHEWY be sending out food that expired almost a year ago!

The dog loved it. He gobbled it up and he can be a picky eater. The food was, I don't know, boring looking? That's a bad way to judge a food, by human perspective, but it didn't look appetizing. But the dog liked it so I guess that's what matters. Plus, the bag, has a cool closure which I really like to keep the food fresh!

Astro loved his REAL MESA Puppy Chicken & Veggie Asado Dog Food. Astro is a good eater to begin with but was looking for this food for about an hour prior to normal feeding time because he enjoyed it so much. Astro quickly devoured the food and would be begging for more and he has some good puppy dog eyes that can be so convincing. The food was fresh, smelled good, seemed filling for Astro, and he kept coming back for more so he seemed to enjoy it quite a bit! Even Pax who I at times need to bribe to eat, was interested in Astro’s REAL MESA Puppy Chicken & Vegetable Asado dog food which really demonstrates the high quality, taste, and texture of the food. Astro will be happy to know that this will be ordered again for him in the future!

My dogs loved it. I have a doodle under 2 still in n puppy food who eats anything I wasn’t surprised to see her eating it. I have a picky eater who is an 11 pound

My dogs loved it. I have a doodle under 2 still in n puppy food who eats anything I wasn’t surprised to see her eating it. I have a picky eater who is an 11 pound shih tzu, who had a litter of puppies adjusting to dog food. She likes eating it and so did her puppies. When given the opportunity to choose between their old food and this one they choose this food. It’s big enough for my 55lb doodle but small enough for my 2 lb shih tzu puppy. I will definitely recommend this food to their owners and to my family and friends.

My puppy just turned one, but I read that it's good to keep them on puppy food until they are 18 months old. Emma really loved this food! She found it really tasty, and gobbled it all up at mealtime. It was really easy to transition her from her current brand. It did not upset her tummy as changing brands has done in the past. I like the ingredient list, simple and straightforward, with comprehensive vitamin and mineral supplementation. The only star deduction was for the inclusion of chickpeas. Recent research shows that legumes may cause health problems in SOME dogs, so I generally avoid foods that include them. I'm pretty selective with what I feed Emma, and this checked just about all of the boxes.
