Pretty, but TOO heavy!

I’m newly adopted and my new mom is getting all sorts of stuff for me, including this tag. This is a beautiful piece, and from that aspect, it appeals to my femininity,

I’m newly adopted and my new mom is getting all sorts of stuff for me, including this tag. This is a beautiful piece, and from that aspect, it appeals to my femininity, especially because I have a gender-neutral name and some don’t realize I’m a girl! But it is just too heavy! Probably because it is so thick. The flip side is that, since it is so heavy-duty, it won’t wear out. My Mom liked that there were NOT strict character limits for the info on the tag, which was why she bought it. As far as hanging from my collar, I feel the extra weight. And it really clangs when I drink and eat from my metal bowls. My Mom will probably get me a lighter tag and just keep this one as a back-up. For those of you who don’t mind wearing heavy bling, you might like it.
