Not always easy to find martingale collars that fit small dogs with big heads. This one was the only one that was sized big enough to fit over her head and yet not leave alot once on. The color choices are fun and it's well made. Only thing I would have changed is an option for a narrower version.

I ordered this collar for my 13-year-old mini dachshund she is only 10 lb and this collar was way too small it was more like a cat collar a plan to return it.

My Shih Tzu has always worn a harness, but this type of collar was suggested when he took training. He still pulls occasionally when on leash with the harness because he gets distracted by sights and smells on our walks. I decided to try this collar, and it’s miraculous!!! He’s never pulled one time when wearing it, not even on our first walk with it on. It seems to be well-made, and there’s a ring for his tag. I highly recommend it!
