I purchased the harness and leash in case of an emergency. I have a carrier but realized if I had to evacuate, my cat would have to get out of the carrier at some point. I needed the harness and leash to manage that possibility. This product seems sturdy and easy to put on. My initial attempts to put it on her to get the fit right were not very well received but I'll keep working on it!
