Image chips & engraving quickly fades

The graphic quickly chipped off, the engraving faded, and it became illegible much sooner than I would've liked.

Poor Engraving

I have had Red Dingo tags with all my dogs. The ones I ordered her are the same quality however the engraving is so FAINT you cant even read the name or the phone
