The engraving is not deep enough

I got this for my malinois...it is on her collar she wears at home...does not go to the dog park with it or even out for walks with it...the front is perfect...but

I got this for my malinois...it is on her collar she wears at home...does not go to the dog park with it or even out for walks with it...the front is perfect...but the back is so scratched up after two months it is unreadable...they do not engrave deep enough...and that is the moat important part of a name tag...the into written on it..lol The people at chewy are great and have offered to replace it...but unless they have engraved it alot deeper..I will have the same problem I'm sure..but the front is beautiful would give 5 stars if it was just for the pic and not the information if she was to get out.
