When our shipment of 8 bags was delivered. It was delivered with an entire bag sliced open and spilling everywhere. Now whether this happened during shipping or delivery, is beside the point. These 7lbs bags are expensive,.so to have one that was split open and spilling everywhere even outside the box. Which means all over our front porch is unacceptable. I've never had a problem with chewy products or deliveries so this is truly disappointing

We've been using this version of the Kitty Twist'r for a few months now and are really pleased with the convenience of it. Setting up and replacing the bags does have a learning curve, but the instructional video & guides on the inner lid are a big help. The bags do control odor decently on their own, but the included odor-eating charcoal sachets are essential. I wish we could buy the charcoal sachets from Chewy! They last for about a month before losing efficacy. Between two growing kittens, the inner bag gets full about every two weeks. It's a huge improvement from using individual bags multiple times each day. You can tell that the bag's getting full when you feel more resistance when "twisting" the top shut - from personal experience, DO NOT force it or overfill the bag! They do hold a lot of litter, but trying to remove a straining bag that won't draw closed is pretty harrowing... lol.

Really small opening scoops don't fit so litter gets everywhere

Knob on top for spinning keeps coming off the track and expensive bags fill so quick also very difficult getting bags out but worst is it's too small for any litter

Knob on top for spinning keeps coming off the track and expensive bags fill so quick also very difficult getting bags out but worst is it's too small for any litter scoopers and have to clean up every time I scoop now which is about 4x a day really bad product. Wish I didn't buy it but litter genie changed their bags and no more odor control or 7 layer protection now just a see through thin film and company denies making any changes.

Had potential..

The concept of this litter disposal system had potential to be innovative in design. However, execution was not good. The cat design is quirky and drew me in to

The concept of this litter disposal system had potential to be innovative in design. However, execution was not good. The cat design is quirky and drew me in to purchase it. It becomes clunky once I used it a few times and I had so much difficulty inserting the refill bags which are complicated. Now the handle broke and I’m unable to seal the bag shut, which is the key feature in this litter disposal. I am very unhappy with this purchase. Now I have to go and look for another different litter disposal system after me spending so much money on this one that didn’t last six months.

Holy smokes I love this thing! I've never been the type of person to get lots of "extra" gadgets and things but man I wish I got this sooner! It makes cleaning the litter box simple and easy and my mind is blown by how well it holds the smell in. I have two cats that are indoor/outdoor and I've had this long enough to have it set for a while with dirty litter in it. Obviously when you open it to add more it lets the smell out but that's literally the only time. Even when you go to remove the bag to throw it away you can leave it twisted and never smell it. It's also awesome that they put some of the instructions on the inside of the lid to make it easy to remember how to empty it and replace the bag. Brilliant. I also love the look of it and the fact that there's a spot to keep the scoop. It also comes apart into a lot of pieces so I believe it'll be easy to clean when it needs it. Overall just an awesome product and has definitely improved my litterbox experience!!

Unlike other litter disposal systems, this has been the best one. I love how it keeps the odor inside and it has a large capacity for litter, perfect for my one cat! The design is cute and I like the carry handle on the back to take anywhere in my house. If you want odor free inside your house, I definitely recommend this disposal system to everyone.

Seals in the smell

I have two cats and their litter boxes are in my work from home office, so this worked really great anytime they would go to the bathroom and it was a little stinky

I have two cats and their litter boxes are in my work from home office, so this worked really great anytime they would go to the bathroom and it was a little stinky. I could scoop it quickly into this container and the room was much nicer afterwards; this does a great job of locking in the smell and is easy to use with a simple spin. Putting it together out of the box was fairly easy a couple times I wasn’t sure what to do, but it was easy to figure out within a few minutes. The directions are mainly picture based so sometimes it’s hard to tell what they are doing in the picture. This container is well constructed and very sturdy, great quality materials.

The product itself is great and easily assembled. There is a storage sleeve for your scooper, which is a plus. The footprint of the waste container is small as well, so it fits easily in a small space. My main issue is the size of the entry to the bag. It is too small for the size of the scoop and multiple times I found myself dropping waste out the side. I also wish the container itself were a little bigger to accommodate more waste. Overall it is decent, but not my first choice.
