It's a good looking scale and there's enough grip so my puppy doesn't slide around. She sits very nicely upon the scale. The cord comes out of the front so I can't hang the viewer on the wall and also easily read the readout on the scale itself. It's one or the other. I question the scales accuracy. For my puppy, she records anywhere between 45 and 67 pounds. User error? Well, I weighed myself too just to see. Unless I can loose 20-60 some odd pounds within a day (and gain it back two days later) something is off and it's not my waistline. There's a huge difference between where the weight is positioned on the scale. Especially when the mass is centered on two points instead of four. And yes, I did check to make sure it's using the same units of measurement each time.
We have giant fur babies and want to make sure we manage their weight. The scale is great with the exception of the surface. It's extremely slippery and my guys won't even get on it! Now I have to find a non skid covering before I can use it.
My 10 month old Rottweiler puppy is now too big for me to pick up and stand on a scale with. This scale fits the bill perfectly! I read reviews saying the surface was a little slippery and some dogs my not like it. My boy hops right on and sits with no hesitation. He's 90 lbs now and will probably put on another 30 lbs so this scale is going to be great to help keep track of his weight.
We bought this scale to keep track of our dog’s weight. When we rescued him from a shelter he was overweight at 105 pounds. We consulted a veterinary nutritionist and put him on a good weight management regime. It was recommended that he lose 1-2% of his weight per week. We wanted to follow these recommendations as best as we could so we bought our own scale so we can weigh him weekly. It’s easy to slide under a bed for storage, and just bring it out once a week. We don’t bother with the remote display. The display on the base is easy to read.
no problem. worked fine out of the box. 50 characters
Love this scale works perfect weight is right on easy to use lightweight I highly recommend this scale
After about 5 months, it no longer works and weights are not accurate. Waste of money.
used at a grooming shop. extremely easy to set up and use. It runs on battery so you do not need to worry about having as plug nearby. very accurate!!!!!! very pleased. highly recommend. big enough for dogs to get on and sit or stand easily. only down side is that the top is plastic and giant dogs scratch it with their nails, but we remedied this by cutting a yoga pad to place on top. This makes it perfect. very nice.
Great scale I breed american bullys so I was worried if the platform would be big enough or if I would have to squeeze them on but no no no no this scale is plenty big enough and the price so worth it actually worth more then double
This scale is lightweight and convenient (battery operated). Well made. It tracks my vet's scale within 2 lbs. Great tool to have around while my dog is watching her weight.
