The poor shipping. There was no padding; the product was crushed; when I talked to the rep he marked it to be supervised shipping on a replacement order. I will try to attach the picture of what I received today. I’m canceling my Auto shift for this product. It is too expensive to have arrived in this condition. Especially when it was supposedly given extra attention.
