How much would I need for a 55 gallon tank

A 7 kilogram (14 pound) bucket of these salt treats is suitable for approximately 50 gallons of water. Due to water displacement by rock and sand it is usually enough to reach a proper salinity for a 55 gallon aquarium.

Came in a plastic bag with zip tie not in tub. Had to find safe container for it

I have pets that can easily tear the plastic bag this came in. Not safe for animals outside of aquarium. So had to spend time looking for a Tupperware I could seal

I have pets that can easily tear the plastic bag this came in. Not safe for animals outside of aquarium. So had to spend time looking for a Tupperware I could seal it in for my pets safety as it did not come in a tub like the picture showed.

Tried it instead of reef crystals. Love the easy scoop container it is in no mess. Can’t figure out if price is too much though based on the amount you need to
