Should the red light be on or off?

Make sure the button on top is pressed in. The light should stay on while the diffuser is working. If it's off, it means the device isn't releasing the liquid.

Can this product be used in a Grooming shop?

This defuser starter kit is effective for an area of up to 700 square feet and lasts for 30 days. It must be plugged directly into a wall outlet with the vents facing upwards; do not use it with power strips. doesn't seem to do much

Angus has a LOT of separation anxiety so we've gotten meds from our vet. Also, electric diffusers concern us as a fire risk. But we were trying everything we could

But we were trying everything we could short of tranquilizers, at the time. He continues to settle down the longer he's been here- if we do a pheromone again will look for a spray

Giving this a 2nd Chance

I have 2 dogs, 1 is 7 months old and the other is 1 1/2 years old. The puppy is very rambunctious and I’ve only been using this product for less than 30 days. I

I have 2 dogs, 1 is 7 months old and the other is 1 1/2 years old. The puppy is very rambunctious and I’ve only been using this product for less than 30 days. I haven’t noticed much of a difference and the manufacturer’s instructions are poor; especially the part of advising if the red light means that it’s on or off (smh). But, nevertheless I’ve opt to try it for a full 60 days to see if it just takes time for my dogs to truly calm down, even after giving them hours of playtime (inside and outdoors). I don’t want to medicate via the vet; but will do so if only absolutely necessary.

Not help...

I am not sure when the diffuser shut off but from the start I saw no change in the foster pups. There is liquid in the bottle but the light is off & the unit itself

It works!

I received this in a package 30 minutes before a storm hit, and plugged it in right away. We've tried several things to help our nervous boy, and even prescriptions

I received this in a package 30 minutes before a storm hit, and plugged it in right away. We've tried several things to help our nervous boy, and even prescriptions barely took the edge off. With this, he laid down and completely relaxed during the whole storm. Finally, something works!

There has been no difference in my dogs anxiety even with it plugged in right next to his crate. Also it has no scent at all so the one review that said it at least
