Instructions
*Open the device by pressing the power button on the bottom of the speaker for a second or two. *Button options: Power Sound (for humans) ON or OFF Volume (for pets) - or + or pause/play (on the side of the RelaxoPet) Timer ON or OFF (will set the subliminal noise on for 4h, but leaves the device ON) Noise-motion ON or OFF (will start the subliminal noise only when the device hears your pet barking or moving, but leaves the device ON) *In order to charge the RelaxoPet, the device must be set to OFF first. To do so, all the buttons on the bottom MUST be set to off (the timer & the noise-motion sensor at least!).

After my emails went unanswered to the company Chewy was great and found the file where I could download the user manual. It took him a long time... the search was not easy as this item is manufactured in Germany. I've been using the item on Mylo for several weeks (he has pretty serious anxiety issues) and have not noticed a difference. However I did play the music out loud for a new foster cat who was acting feral but turned off the music at night. In the morning she was an entirely different cat! Walked right up to me demanding pets! So I spent time with her and turned the music on for the day. I returned several hours later and she's feral again! I tried again a few hours later... same thing. I turned off music gave her a few hours and returned and she is completely loving purring and not the same cat as earlier today!!! So I can't decide if what is happening here is coincidental or not. Prior to using this music box I have always played music for my foster kittens and cats only during the day...never have I had such a reaction before!

I've been having some behavioral issues with the special kitty and tried everything from plant based nutrients for him to pheromone plugins/sprays. Nothing worked and his issue began a chain reaction in some of the others. I saw the RelaxoPet on sale and thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. After the third day, I saw slight improvement. After the first week, there was dramatic improvement. My cats have always had music playing 24/7, generally classical or spa type music. Now, I've put their media players away and just use the RelaxoPet. If they go on sale again, I will definitely get another for the catio.

My cat has diagnosed PTSD. She is on medication but storms and lawnmowers send her to the moon. When storms or the yard guys come, this is a LIFESAVER. She still cowers, but doesn’t cry. One time I saw her get as close to it as possible. Then our other cat went to sit by her and the machine. I adjust volume depending on the noise level. Might get a second one.

Unable to do the traditional slow introduction due to my living situation, it was a bit stressful and needless to say, my current baby did not take to this new intruder! I purchased this product and within a day or two, they were friends and so much more relaxed with each other. Although there are still times my first kitty will hiss, I believe that’s just her teaching our new kitty the rules of HER house! I keep it on the inaudible mode because the music is basically just one short tune on repeat. This really did work for my girls!
