Dosage: We ask that you mix Rep-Cal with our vitamin supplement Herptivite. If we premixed the products, the "beadlets" of beta carotene in Herptivite may possibly be damaged during manufacturing by the calcium in Rep-Cal. Mix with vegetables, fruits, and pastes approximately 1/2 tablespoon Rep-Cal with 1/2 tablespoon Herptivite per pound of food.

No other supplementation is required. Contains no added starch, sugar, soy preservatives, artificial coloring, flavoring, or fragrance. Consult your veterinarian for any special nutritional problems or advice.
Everyone knows Beardies need extra calcium, even on their veggies. This is a fantastic multivitamin -- shake a little on their lettuce, carrots, etc -- and let the dragons munch away. It's a great comfort knowing your pets are still getting the nutrients they need to stay healthy even when eating a salad. It must have a decent flavor too, my baby beardie even eats greens now! Helpful hint: If you are having issues getting your lizards to eat veggies, try sprinkling a tiny bit of bee pollen on them. It makes everything irresistable!
Perfect, just what we needed. Perfect size for my babies
This product killed my leopard gecko. He ate some and the very next day was dead. He was my best friend for many years. What I shame I try a new product and it does something so tragic.
My baby leopard gecko is my first reptile. This product was recommended to me by the reptile store we got my gecko from. However, my gecko later started acting lethargic and squinting her eyes. We took her straight into an exotics specialist vet and it turns out she was low in vitamin A despite my using this product. This product Only has beta carotene but no other form of vitamin A. Some insectivorous lizards can't convert beta carotene to the active form of vitamin A and that's exactly what happened to my leopard gecko. After a dose of vitamin A and switching to a different product that contains other forms of vitamin A, she's healthy and active again. But this product is not appropriate as a vitamin source for all reptiles as advertised.
I've been using this brand of vitamins for years with great results. Only complaint is the huge box this and one other small item came in, its a waste.
I bought this for my bearded dragon. He requires (at his age) multivitamins 3 days a week on one meal and the rest of the days calcium on all meals . He normally eats all of the greens and bugs that u put his calcium on However , When i put this multivitamin on his food , he doesnt eat anything it is on . im not sure why he doesn’t like it . Maybe it the texture or taste. Its one of the best multivitamins that you can use for a bearded dragon so it upsets me that he doesn’t like if . i have given it 2 stars since its a good product, he just doesnt like it.
I have seen some good changes in my bearded dragon, he is starting to eat better and is more alert
Rep-cal is a garbage reptile supplement, pardon the language. They use oyster shell as the calcium source, which means it contains toxic heavy metals. Miner-all is, by far, the best natural calcium supplement.
This was recommend to me by just about everyone who has a bearded dragon!
